Sell the Problem
Before you introduce the solution, make the pain vivid. The problem must be recognizable, urgent, and emotionally real.
From spark to story to signal.
Vision begins with an “ah-ha” moment: a discovery, insight, problem, method, or new way to connect. But the spark alone is not enough. The Vision must become a story others can feel, believe, and repeat.
Before you introduce the solution, make the pain vivid. The problem must be recognizable, urgent, and emotionally real.
A strong Vision does more than repair what is broken. It describes a new world that people did not know was possible, but immediately want once they see it.
The Vision must become compelling, credible, concise, consistent, and contagious. If it cannot be repeated by the team and retold by the market, it is not yet a strategic foundation.
